Dennis lagi di pre kindy.... bingung mau bikin apaan buat cemilan sore nanti. Kebetulan musim cherry udah mulai dateng, jadi kepikiran mau bikin wafel aja deh! Wafel ini enaknya dimakan pake cherry yang udah dimasak dengan air gula. Kalo males beli botolan aja. Trus pake whipped cream hmmmmm... nikmat banget deh. Wafel ini renyahnya tahan sampe besok harinya loh! Dennis suka makan begitu aja pake gula halus. Resep ini untuk sekitar 20 Wafel. bahan: 250 gr mentega/margarine, cairkan 150 gr gula pasir sedikit garam 4 butir telur ayam 250 gr tepung sagu sedikit vanilla/rum cara membuat: Kocok mentega sampai berbuih. Masukkan gula dan garam, kocok sebentar. Masukkan telur satu persatu, kocok terus sampai gula larut. Masukkan tepung sagu dalam 2 porsi. Terakhir masukkan vanilla/rum. Panaskan cetakan wafel, olesi dengan sedikit minyak. Isi 2/3 cetakan wafel, tutup, tunggu hingga matang. Lakukan berulang hingga adonan habis. Ngga berasa apa-apa sih, cuma kata dokter giginya ada kemungkinan syaraf-syaraf di rahangnya bisa one day rusak gitu. So, hari ini dioperasi lah gigi sebelah kanan. Rasanya? Pas operasi sih gak berasa (iya laaah, dibius hihihi)... pas bius-nya hilang, alamaaaaaak.... cenut-cenut tertekan gitu. Seharian megangin kompres aja. Pusing deh mulai dari cari tanggal, janjian sama pasturnya, nyari Paten Tante dan Paten Onkel, list siapa aja yang mau diundang, dll.... Sekarang lagi pusing bikin undangan, mikirin tamunya mau dikasih makan apa (masak sendiri atau ke resto ya? Secara ke resto itu mahal banget....), trus kemaren sibuk bikin lilin baptis... eeeh, sekarang para tamunya pada nanyain Dennis mau kado apaan? Haduuuuh, pusing eeuyyyy.... Trus persiapan mau masuk kindy... iya, masih sekian bulan sih, tapi kan udah mesti dipikirin barang-barang yang mesti dia bawa ke kindy :) Lalu kita mau mudik pula, haduuuh... mulai nabung sana-sini... mikirin oleh-oleh... trus diantara event-event ini Dennis ulang tahun pula. Some people worry to travel around because of the language. The common question is: do the people speak.... (which languange)? Actually, language itself is only 7% from all languages. The rest are body languages, tones, the way of looking, etc. I had some experiences in my life. As I worked in Sri Lanka, I tried to speak in english. When I had luck, they understood. When not, I have to look for another way. Of course it took a lot of time, but I was satisfied with the result. In fact, I'm proud to say I could pretty smooth travelling in Sri Lanka. When I was in Bangkok, I went to a little cute restaurant and found out their menu was only in Thai. It was funny, how we explain to each other which one is fish, cows, sheep, or pig <IMG src="http://images.multiply.com/common/smiles/wink.png"> We mimicked those animals, even made noises.... The same happened in Koh Lanta, and I had difficulties to explain 'fish fillet'. At the end I drew it on a piece of paper. In Germany it was a little more difficult. Hehehe... iya nih, udah berapa lama ini aku kelimpungan dengan tingkahnya Dennis yang seneng banget 'nyolek' anak orang. Tapi nyoleknya ngga cuma pake ujung jari. Kadang asik aja main dorong seenaknya. Kalo diomelin, dia cuma nyengir.... hukuman ngga boleh main keluar rumah udah sering banget diterapin. Jadi kalo dia lagi di playground trus mulai aksi colak colek-nya, diperingatin berkali-kali ngga mempan, ya dia harus pulang ke rumah. Dennisnya ngambek? ya iya lahhhh... udah sering banget aku mesti tug o war sama anakku nan kuat ini. Hehehe.. inilah masalahnya, Dennis itu kan bukan cuma badannya aja yang gede. Tenaganya juga gede banget. Bentar lagi aku kewalahan deh... ngga sanggup ngangkat dia. Selain itu, karena tenaganya itu 'colekan' dia jadi colekan maut. Di playground pasti adaaaa aja anak yang nangis. Sebagai ibunya, mulai khawatir dong... susahnya nih, banyak ortu disini yang kayaknya ngga mau ngerti kalo Dennis itu kan baru 2 thn 7 bulan. Well I do. I use it pretty often, specially for Dennis. I do have my own Homoepathy house pharmacy at home. It is actually pretty funny for me at the beginning, because I was thinking Germany has the best medical treatment in the world and a lot of german people believe in this type of medication <IMG src="http://images.multiply.com/common/smiles/smile.png"> I use classical type of Homoepathy, but I must admit I don't use it for every single case. There are times when I use just the normal prescription from the doctors (pssst, not telling my 'Heilpraktikerin', she will be mad!! <IMG src="http://images.multiply.com/common/smiles/wink.png">). But to know that Dennis get natural remedies makes me feel better. Actually, when I started to use it? Hmmmm... let me think... it was at the beginning of my pregnancy. His first day <IMG src="http://images.multiply.com/common/smiles/smile.png"> I think I was more nervous than him, because it started at 8.55, and normally Dennis slept until 8-8.30 in the morning! But today somehow he managed to woke up at 7.25 <IMG src="http://images.multiply.com/common/smiles/shade.png"> The day was cloudy, the street is totally slippery... we went with his stroller and arrived on time. He had a look around, found out some kids he already know, and started to played with them. And I told him goodbye, he gave me a hud and a kiss and only ask "will you come again to pick me up?"  My tears almost fell down to realize, my little child is not so childish anymore... 2,5 hours later I picked him up, and he gave me a real tight hug and said "mommy, it was really nice! good to see you come again" okay, he cried once in pre kindergarten because he was hungry <IMG src="http://images.multiply.com/common/smiles/wink.png"> but after the snack time, things were under control. Bukan filmnya yang bikin kaget, tapi usia anak yang segitu udah dikasih nonton film anak-anak yang segitu panjangnya. Entah artikelnya salah ketik atau cuma seandainya.... hati jadi sedikit tergelitik untuk bertanya "kapan sih sebaiknya anak diijinkan nonton TV?" Saya sendiri sebenarnya tidak ingat sejak kapan saya mulai nonton TV. Tapi dulu pasti nonton si Unyil kalo hari minggu hehehe... atau kalo sore hari, tontonan saya sih macam Flash Gordon gitu dehhh (makanya tomboy kali yeeeee). Semenjak menikah, timbul kekhawatiran pas ngeliat anak-anak yang seharian ngendon di rumah doang entah buat nonton TV atau main game. Berarti anak tersebut ngga kenal dunia luar dong?? Graswang is a little village near to Oberammargau in Allgaeu, almost 2 hours from home. We were lucky to have blue sky, and the temperature was minus 18,5 C ! yes... minus!! The view was great and so is the sport :) I still have muscle ache now hahaha... And came the idea... while we would like to give something more 'private' and not only things that you can buy in the shop. Dennis admire farmhouse with its animals. He love tractors and co. So, why not a handmade farmhouse? Stefan had the same from his opa, which is sadly must left behind as the family moved to Munich from Berlin. He learned already what is 'Nikolaus' and what is 'Christkind'. He was sooooo excited until he couldn't take his nap in the afternoon, and at night he couldn't sleep also. We made a farmhouse for him as his christmas present. He got also a handwork tools from his Tante Susanne and of course, a tractor for his new farmhouse from his Uncle Peter. He got also a new car seat from Oma and Opa (his seat is already to small now!) and extra excavator from us. Me? I got a new equipment for cross country ski :) It is time to learn some winter sport hahaha.... We got also some plays like 'Cranium' and Topwords'. Stefan got new cabin bag and camping cooking equipments.
